We will always try our best to fulfill an order in time for a special day. We dispatch our orders within 3-5 business days via Royal Mail First Class post (or hand deliver within 10 miles of Bromsgrove) and would recommend you order a few days early to ensure we can dispatch in plenty of time. Please note: although every effort is taken to deliver in time, we cannot be held responsible for postage delays or missed deliveries if you are not home to receive your order.

To keep our bakes fresh for as long as possible please keep them airtight (for example in a cake tin or wrap them in foil/cling film). Ambient temperatures are fine but we recommend during warmer weather to store your bakes in a fridge, but allow them to come to room temperature before consuming!
Probably not. Our bakes are deep and this means that our packaging will probably fall outside of the parameters of your letterbox. Possibly consider making your delivery address, your work address if you are unlikely to be in to receive your order.
Yes, in fact they freeze very well! Please do allow them to defrost fully at room temperature before consuming.
We are working on extending our range for online sales but for now, see the extra products on our stall as a bonus when visiting us in person!
In our bakery kitchen we have a wide range of allergens present including: peanuts, nuts, tree nuts, sesame, cereals containing gluten, dairy (milk/butter/cream), sulpher dioxide, soya, egg, fish, mustard and although we do everything we can to minimize cross contamination we cannot 100% guarantee our products are allergy free. If you have any allergies that are serious enough to cause risk to your life then we would strongly advise against ordering from us. Unfortunately not at the moment.
“Nom” or sometimes “nom nom” is the onomatopoeia for eating. Or should that be o‘nom’atopeioa? In other words, the sound a person might make when they are noisily enjoying their grub! We used to tag our cake pics with #nom (“hashtag nom” as we say it) on our Instagram and thought it would make a cool name when we started our business.
The only part of our packaging which is not yet recyclable is the outer grey postal bag we use to keep your order airtight and waterproof during delivery.

We don’t yet make any items for online order that are free from gluten. We may look into this in the future. Please note you can occasionally obtain bakes that are free from gluten through our wholesale customers but please be aware that these items are not certified gluten free and are almost certainly not suitable for people with a serious allergy.
