Shipping Policy

All our products are made freshly to order. For all orders within a 10 mile radius of Bromsgrove, Worcestershire we generally deliver to your door by hand.

All orders outside of this area will posted using Royal Mail 1st Class.

If you require delivery on/for a specific date please contact us for lead times.

Free Delivery applies to online personal shop orders only. Wholesale and bespoke orders may incur a delivery charge.

Refund Policy

Due to our products being perishable we don't accept returns. However, if you have any problems with your order please contact us.

No online order is confirmed until fully paid.  We will not proceed in making and dispatching an order that payment has not been received for in full. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reasonable reason.  If an order is cancelled by us, we will refund the customer in full within 7 days.

Please make sure all contact/delivery information is correct. We cannot be held responsible for any orders that might go missing during transit as a result of incorrect information.  Please inform us as soon as possible of any alterations to your order including delivery mistakes etc…  We will always try our best to rectify any problems before dispatch.

#nom is not obliged to provide any discounts or refunds based on customer error or errors from Royal Mail.  We may at our own discretion issue a goodwill gesture if we deem it fit to do so.

Please ensure your order can be accepted at the door at time of delivery as our boxes are almost always too large to fit through standard letterboxes. We cannot be held accountable for any missed deliveries.

Once we have posted your order, responsibility of the item falls into the hands of Royal Mail.  We cannot be held responsible for delays due to various factors (eg. seasonal holidays/strikes/pandemics – COVID19 for example). We will however, always try to rectify problems if they arise.  Please note, we are able to check ‘track and trace’ on items for proof of delivery etc…

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Unfortunately due to the quick turnaround nature of our business, we are not currently able to accept cancellations of an order.

We can only consider replacements/refunds if a product falls below satisfactory standards. We will require photographic evidence and a full description of the complaint within 12 hours of delivery.  Please contact us directly here if you need to discuss an unsatisfactory order.
