Alongside our cakes we make a 3 star Great Taste Award Winning Salted Caramel using local droitwich salt. We make this in collaboration with Churchfields Saltworks and is the same salted caramel we use in our one star great taste award winning salted caramel flapjack – Crackjack.

Droitwich Salt is sourced from one of the oldest and purest brine springs in the world. These brine springs have naturally existed beneath Droitwich Spa for millions of years. The salt is harvested by hand at Churchfields Saltworks where the gentle process of crystallising the natural brine to pure salt is done using renewable energy.
Our double cream is sourced just 7 miles up the road from our local dairy - grovewood farm in hopwood, South Birmingham.
12 month ambient unopened shelf life / 4 weeks once opened & kept refrigerated.
Available in 200ml retail jars and 720ml jars suitable for use in cafe kitchens and coffee bars.
